The bus tour was a good way to see Funchal, but there are some areas that could be improved. It would be much more useful if the buses started running earlier in the morning and continued later in the evening, as this would give visitors more time to explore the city.

Unfortunately, the bus itself was very dirty, which negatively affected the overall experience. Better cleaning and maintenance of the buses would greatly improve the service.

The commentary on the bus was poor and out of sync with the bus route. Some of the information was out of date.

Lovely views of Funchal and the surrounding area. Driver was very considerate of our daughter's mobility issues

My headphones didn’t work and when I asked other customers 50% also didn’t work also. Guide voice was very robotic.

It was very reliable and worked perfectly fine! For us the 45 minute intervall in the afternoon was a bit too much, so we walked more than we actually used the bus.
