My headphones didn’t work and when I asked other customers 50% also didn’t work also. Guide voice was very robotic.

It was very reliable and worked perfectly fine! For us the 45 minute intervall in the afternoon was a bit too much, so we walked more than we actually used the bus.

Easy to book and a good way to have a snap shot of Madeira. Had a two day pass, which to be honest we didn't really need as one day would have suited us. Commentary ok but lots of music.
