In order to activate the voucher, please present it (either in print or on your smartphone) to the driver or another member of the Yellow Bus Team.
Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher will no longer be active, only the ticket will be active, so please keep the ticket until the expiry date. Check your ticket to know when it expires.
To access the special offers included in your ticket, such as Bordal or Blandys, please validate the voucher first in the above mentioned points.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity to get a complete refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications will not be allowed for less than 24 hours of the tour start time.
The cut-off times are determined by the experience's local time.
In case of no-show, you will not be reimbursed.
