Learn about his creative style and influence on the city. Walk through the Passeig de Gracia and admire the exterior of La Pedrera. The route also takes you to the Casa Vicens and see Gaudi's first work. Know about the Catalan Modernism and the inspirations behind these unique buildings. After the walking tour, the experience continues with a hands-on cooking class in Kampada cooking. Guided by a professional chef, prepare your own paella as well as mussels in marinera sauce, cuttlefish with garlic and parsley, the traditional pa amb tomàquet, and homemade sangria. This activity not only gains cultural knowledge but also allows you to enjoy tasting the delicious dishes you prepared yourself, making the experience both fun and memorable.

Discover a unique experience in Barcelona that blends iconic architecture, rich history, and hands-on local cooking into one engaging journey. Enjoy a personalized experience led by an expert local guide in a small group setting of up to 15 guests. The experience begins in front of Casa Batlló, where the local guide welcomes the group and introduces the historical background of Catalan Modernism, along with the life and creative vision of Antoni Gaudí. Here, participants learn how his artistic ideas transformed architecture and helped shape the unique identity of Barcelona. From there, the group walks along Passeig de Gràcia, one of the city’s most famous boulevards, while admiring the exterior of La Pedrera. The guide explains the distinctive features of Modernist design, pointing out decorative details, structural innovations, and how Gaudí’s work influenced Barcelona’s urban development and architectural character.

The route then continues to Casa Vicens, Gaudí’s first major project. Here, visitors discover how his early style evolved over time and how this building marked the beginning of his groundbreaking architectural journey. After completing the walking portion, the group heads to Kampada Cooking, a modern gastronomic showroom, where the culinary experience begins. Guided by a professional chef, participants learn step by step how to prepare traditional dishes including paella, mussels in marinera sauce, cuttlefish with garlic and parsley, pa amb tomàquet, and homemade sangria, while gaining insights into local ingredients, cooking techniques, and culinary traditions. The activity concludes with a shared tasting of the dishes prepared by the group, bringing the experience to a memorable close by combining culture, architecture, and authentic Catalan gastronomy in an interactive and enjoyable way.
