How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

How does the Passes Work?

1. Pick the number of attractions you'd like to visit and buy a pass.

2. Download the Go City app to plan your itinerary and make advance reservations where needed.

3. On your first day of sightseeing, visit the Go City Concierge Service at Touristation, Piazza d’Aracoeli 16, 00186 Roma RM, Italy (Open daily 08:30am to 04:00pm). You will need to collect your Colosseum and Vatican Museums tickets, and the team will help you book your other attractions and activities.

4. Enjoy discovering the city at your own pace thanks for 30 days validity

For the Hop on Hop off Bus you can redeem your voucher at any of the stops. However the first stop is: Colosseum Via di San Gregorio, (bus stop outside Roman Forum entrance), Rome, Italy.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Pass Validity: Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Once your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit, it will remain valid for 30 days.

Hop on Hop off buses run every 30-60 minutes, based on traffic conditions and their times can vary. (Last bus is at around 04:00pm)

The most popular activities require reservations. To avoid disappointment, reserve well in advance.

The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.

This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

Attraction operating hours are subject to change. If you are traveling over a holiday period, check before your visit.
Please note that some attractions are extremely popular and need to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
