How does the Passes Work?

-Once you've purchased your passes, you'll receive a confirmation email with a 7 digit Go City Order Number mentioned on it.

-Download the GoCity app for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

-Add the 7-digit Order number to sync your pass to the app.

-Then all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction.

-The Pass will get activated after the first usage of any attraction by scanning the barcode or QR-Code.

You can redeem your Mobile or Printed voucher at any attraction included in the list.
For the Hop on Hop off Trolley Tour you can redeem your voucher at any of the stops. However the first stop is: 4010 Twiggs St, San Diego, US.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Pass Validity: The pass is valid for 30 days from the day you have visited the first attraction.
