Redemption Info

How does the Passes Work? 
-Once you've purchased your passes, you'll receive a confirmation email with a 7 digit Go City Order Number mentioned on it.  
-Download the GoCity app for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email. 
-Add the 7-digit Order number to sync your pass to the app. 
-Then all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction.
-The Pass will get activated after the first usage of any attraction by scanning the barcode or QR-Code.
For the Hop on Hop off Bus you can redeem your voucher at any of the stops. However the first stop is: Pl. Catalunya Barcelona.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Pass Validity: Passes must be activated within two years of purchase; once activated, they are valid for the consecutive days.

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information : Mobile and printed vouchers both are accepted!
The pass will be valid for the consecutive days from activation. 
Please check the individual websites of all the attraction to know about the opening time. Opening times are also mentioned in the guidebook provided with the pass.
Please bring your ID card to show at the counter.
Hop on Hop off buses run every 30-60 minutes, based on traffic conditions and their times can vary. (Last bus is at around 06:00pm)

Passes are valid for 2 years from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit.
Your pass is valid for the purchased number of consecutive days, starting from activation. It is advisable to begin early to maximize its use.
Attractions and tours may change. For the latest information on lineup, opening times, and access instructions, consult the Go City app.
The most popular activities require reservations. To avoid disappointment, reserve well in advance.

You can reserve tickets for some of partner attractions online using user-friendly Go Reserve portal. Please check the useful download section to know about the attraction list.
Reservation made using the Go Reserve platform will be deducted from the amount of your pass that can be used.
If you possess an All-Inclusive Pass, you need to make your reservation on the day that your pass is going to be activated.
Your reservation will be considered one of your options if you have an Explorer Pass.  
If you fail to show up, or do not cancel in enough time, your reservation will still count as one of your days/choices.
Attraction operating hours are subject to change. If you are traveling over a holiday period, check before your visit.
