How does the Passes Work?

Once you've purchased your passes, you'll receive a confirmation email with a 7 digit Go City Order Number mentioned on it.
Download the GoCity app for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
Add the 7-digit Order number to sync your pass to the app.
Then all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction.
The Pass will get activated after the first usage of any attraction by scanning the barcode or QR-Code.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Pass Validity: Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your pass is activated at your first attraction visit and remains valid for 30 days.
