How does the Passes Work?

Once you've purchased your passes, you'll receive a confirmation email with a 7 digit Go City Order Number mentioned on it.
Download the GoCity app for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
Add the 7-digit Order number to sync your pass to the app.
Then all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction.
The Pass will get activated after the first usage of any attraction by scanning the barcode or QR-Code.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Pass Validity: Passes must be activated within one year of purchase; once activated, they are valid for 30 days.

Unused passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

The Pass is valid for 1Yr of time period from the date of booking it and only the unused pass can be refunded if cancelled within 1 year of purchase.
The passes will gets activated on your first use and the they are Non-Refundable once activated.
Any modification will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
Some activity/experience included in the pass is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, no refund will be provided.
