The time selected at the time of making the booking is the arrival time for the Buckigham Palace Tour. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

For safety reasons, pushchairs are not permitted in the State Rooms and must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby-carriers are available with an extra charge.
Please note that the use of mobile phones are permitted in the Palace Garden but Mobile phones must be switched off elsewhere on the visitor route.
Photography is not permitted inside Buckingham Palace.
Guests that require mobility access must book directly with Buckingham Palace 14 days before their day of travel.
Please be advised that the Buckingham Palace is open from 09:30am till 06:30pm and the last entry is at 05:15pm.
Please note that there is no restroom available on board.
