Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Overview

The two routes namely The Alhambra- day route and the Alhambra-Night route will give you the opportunity to visit different attractions of the city. You can hop on and hop off as many times as you want and discover the city at your pace. You can complete the tour on a single trip or multiple times all the day long. The tour offers you endless possibilities to make your own route to see Granada. As long as your ticket validity, you can explore the most important places in the city. Get off the train if you want to visit the particular attraction and get on at any of the mentioned stops.

Itinerary

Enjoy the fascinating sights of Granada city by hopping on and off at your own pace or in a single trip. The two different routes will take you to the exciting locations. The Alhambra daytime tour and the Alhambra night time tour will allow you to discover the fascinating sites at your comfort. Make your own itinerary to make most of the city either at day or at night. You can also enjoy both the routes if you wish.

The tour will give you the opportunity to visit Cuesta de Gomérez which is the symbolic street of Granada. Climb to the Alhambra and palaces. The first monument that can be found is Puerta de Granadas. Paseo de Los Tristes gives fascinating views of the Alhambra and until the nineteenth century, it was the place where feasts and festivals were organized. Also visit,Plaza Nueva or new square but actually it is the Granada’s oldest square that is situated between Carrera del Darro and the modern center. Enjoy some time with loved ones in the Plaza San Miguel Bajo. Mirador de San Nicolás is the famous tourist spotas it has an undeniable beauty.

Enjoy the botanical treasures in the gardens of Jardines del Triunfo. The other stops included in this tour are Catedral at Plaza Romanilla, Calle Alhóndiga, Monasterio de San Jerónimo, Campo del Príncipe, Plaza Mariana Pineda, etc.

You can board the train at any stop along the route and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver/ staff.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Unfortunately you must make a new purchase, since the lost ticket could have been used by someone else.

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information: Printed and Smartphone voucher both are accepted.
You can travel with a baby buggy as long as it's foldable.

You can buy the headphones in the same train for 1,50€. Or, if you wish, you can bring your own headphones and plug them in.

The only animals allowed on the Granada City Tour train are guide dogs.
