Petit regret à la montée du bus le chauffeur devrait donner les écouteurs et il est annoncé 1h20 de trajet mais il y a 2 arrêts de 10 minutes qui sont effectués donc seulement 1h avec les explications en ce mois de septembre il y avait de la place ce n'est pas nécessaire de réserver en ligne

Had to purchase tickets online and that was easy and as always these HO/HO buses are good - great way to get the feel of the city without the walking.

The bus ride was safe but it was just a bus ride. The headphone system was too low and too much static to get any information about Heraklion. The drivers were very nice.

It was ok.

Quikly service and very nice experience.

Bus was on schedule and comfortable. Good way to see the city.

All good except I would suggest that a representative be placed at Knosses to avoid pushing and shoving and people unfairly getting on board ahead of pet who had waited longer!!
