Redemption Info

How does the Pass Work? 
-Once you've made the purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with the Voucher.  
-Then all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction/service.
-The Pass will get activated from the first usage of any attraction/service by scanning the barcode or QR-Code.
-It is mandatory to carry the iSee Malta Booking Voucher with you that you will receive on your email id after 10 minutes of making the booking.
For the Hop on Hop off Bus you can redeem your voucher at any of the stops. However the first stops are: Stop# N1, Bugibba (Topaz Hotel) or Stop# S10, Conrinthia St George Hotel Roundabout.
Mobile Vouchers are accepted at the Sliema Ferries (Stop 17) for Hop on Ho off Bus, however, paper Vouchers are accepted at any stop.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Validity: The pass is valid for 180 days following the date of purchase and is only activated upon first use. Upon activation, it is valid for 3 days.

Please bring your ID card to show at the counter.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
Please note that guests are only permitted single entry into the sites and attractions included in the Pass, however, you have unlimited use of our Hop-On Hop-Off bus routes for the duration of your pass!
The Leisure Pass can be used over a period of 3 consecutive days from first activation.

In that situation, no refund will be given. The included attractions may change after the purchase date, the service provider cannot guarantee that every attraction will fulfill all of its offers when you use the pass.

  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
