How Does The Pass Work?

After purchasing your pass online, you will receive a Booking ID via email.
The email will include instructions to download the Smartvisit App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Register your details on the Smartvisit App to access your Barcelona Pass.
The app also provides useful features such as direct booking, maps, directory, and live chat support.
When you arrive at an attraction, present the relevant attraction ticket QR code found within the Smartvisit app for entry.
Some attractions may require you to wait in line, while others may allow you to skip the queue using your Barcelona Pass.
Please note that certain attractions may have specific entry requirements or may require advance booking.
The Pass is valid for 1 Yr from the Date of Purchase. Once activated on its first use, it will be valid for 7 consecutive days.
Entry to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell is subject to booking (via the Smartvisit app) - it's recommended you book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment as tickets can sell out quickly.

It is advised to book your tour as early as 48 hours in advance whenever necessary.
Pass is to be used within seven consecutive calendar days.
Single admission only, no repeat visits allowed.

Kids who are aged 11 or older qualify for the adult package, while chose 'Child' while booking for kids lesser than 11 yrs age.
Sometimes special conditions like height or opening restrictions may apply for certain attractions. These have been mentioned wherever necessary with the operator listings in your Smartvisit App so make sure you check each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.

A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
Not all attractions are open every day and availability and operating times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances - please check with the individual attraction operators before visiting.

You must cancel your booking at least 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
Refunds will not be granted if a pass has already been used to redeem an experience.
