Using the Athens Flexi Pass is simple and convenient. After booking, you will receive access to the digital pass and the Smartvisit app on your smartphone. From the available list of more than 20 attractions and experiences, you can select any 3 or 6 options based on your interests and travel plans. Simply show your pass at the entrance of participating attractions for entry. The app also includes an interactive map, self-guided multimedia tours, insider travel tips, and 1GB of mobile data to help you easily explore Athens. How Does The Pass Work?

Download the Smartvisit app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app, create an account, and log in.
Add your pass to the app:
-Tap Add Package.

-In Pass Number / Booking Reference, enter your booking reference from iVenture (the Supplier ID).

-Tap Add Package again to confirm.
Register your pass (or passes, if you booked more than one):

-Select Me if you will be using the pass yourself or want to manage multiple passes on one device.

-Select Assign To if you want to give a pass to someone else to use on their own device. They will receive the pass number by email and can follow the same steps above to activate it.
Your pass will now appear in the Smartvisit app. Tap the image to open it and see all included benefits.
The app also provides useful features such as direct booking, maps, directory, and live chat support.
When you arrive at an attraction, present the relevant attraction ticket QR code found within the Smartvisit app for entry.
Some attractions may require you to wait in line, while others may allow you to skip the queue using your Athens Pass.
Please note that certain attractions may have specific entry requirements or may require advance booking.
Included attractions can be redeemed within 3 consecutive calendar days beginning on the date you visit the first attraction.

Entry to the Acropolis and some other experiences is subject to booking (via the Smartvisit app). It's important to book in advance, as tickets can sell out. Each attraction has different booking rules, so please refer to the individual attraction listings in the app for more details.
Attractions can only be visited once (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-on Hop-off bus excluded).
Not all attractions are open every day and availability and operating times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances - please check with the individual attraction operators before visiting.

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
Refunds will not be granted if a pass has already been used to redeem an experience.
