Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby atleast 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
The vehicle would wait at a maximum for 5 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.

If your Hotel is not in the pick up list, then you will be provided with the nearest pick up point by the tour provider.
Visitors may bring backpacks and soft-sided coolers into the visitor complex. Food and beverages packed in small, soft-sided coolers are permitted. Glass bottles or containers are not permitted. Beer is for sale at select locations and no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.
For security, all bags are subject to search.
If your scheduled your date becomes a rocket launch please contact us, as regular packages may not be permitted (launch dependent).
This transportation goes to the Visitor Center Complex. It is not suitable for guests traveling to the Astronaut Training Experience, or for guests that have tickets for KSC Up-close tours prior to 10am in the morning.
Regular Tickets cannot be used on BLACKOUT Dates for Kennedy Space Center - for example Delta Heavy Rocket Launches and therefore we wont offer transportation only on special launch dates.
This activity may not be available on some holidays, including Christmas Day.
The Explore Tour takes visitors beyond the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour, making several stops to capture once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities. See icons of spaceflight operations like the Vehicle Assembly Building, historic Launch Complex 39 and disembark for a view of the launch pads used by NASA’s commercial partners such as SpaceX and ULA.

You must cancel your booking at least 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
