Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity to get a complete refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience, you will not be reimbursed.

Any modifications will not be allowed for less than 24 hours of the tour start time.

The cut-off times are determined by the experience's local time.

In case of no-show, you will not be reimbursed.

This ticket is non-transferable

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Vouchers must be validated to start their usage and validity:

You can reedem your voucher at the Bus Terminal or on board the buses.

Belém Lisbon Bus Tour and Modern Lisbon Bus Tour both depart from Praça da Figueira, 1100-240 Lisboa.

Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher will no longer be active, only the ticket will be active, so please keep the ticket until the expiry date. Check your ticket to know when it expires.

To access special offers such as Santa Justa lift, the funiculars and Carris Lisbon public trams, please validate the voucher first in the above mentioned points.

The activity provider is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of tickets, so please keep your ticket safe

For further information, go to the Yellow Bus official Kiosk at Praça do Comércio (open from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)

Flexible Voucher: Your voucher is valid for 180 days. If it is not possible to take the tour within this period or on the date selected at the purchase moment, you can request us a date change by email, which will be made without any penalty, as long as the product is still available.

Hills Tramcar Tour departs from Praça do Martim Moniz. (Google Plus Code PV87+3H Lisboa). In Praça do Martim Moniz, the stop is located in Rua do Arco do Marquês de Alegrete, in front of Padaria Portuguesca coffee shop.

Please pay attention that at the meeting point there are two queues, one for the public tram 28 and the other for Lisbon Hills Tramcar Tour.

At the Lisbon Hills Tramcar Tour stop you will find two yellow flags that mark the right stop. Please make sure you wait for the red tram at this stop.
