You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. However, the first stop is at: Gower Street on the Royal Albert dock Liverpool L3 4AS, United Kingdom.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
