Luggage: You can bring their luggage on board. With large suitcases, you can be left on the lower deck. You would need to ensure that they don't block off any required seats
Hygiene Measures: We have implemented reinforced health and safety measures on board and acquired the official Industry Standard "We're Good To Go" from Visit England as well as the globally recognised World Travel and Tourism Council's "Safe Travels Stamp".
Infant Price Policy: Infants will continue to travel at no cost and without the need for a ticket when seated on the lap of a paying adult accompanying them (maximum of two infants per adult). However, if a separate individual seat is required for the infant, a child category ticket must be purchased.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or on the schedule. In "normal times" London is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!

What is allowed on board?
To avoid any danger, we kindly ask to remain seated during the tour and keep with you your personal items (luggage, push chair…).
To keep our buses, clean for you and for your comfort, no food is allowed on oard.
Animals (small ones and guide dogs) are accepted on board. Except for guide dogs, animals need to be positioned on your knees.
Please have also in mind that smoking is not allowed on board of our buses.

While these city-wide events are exciting to watch and participate in, they can occasionally create interruptions to our bus trips that are beyond our control.
