You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. However, the first stop is: 23 Boulevard des Capucines, 75002 Paris.
For the Louvre Museum entry, please present your voucher at the meeting location: Arc du Carrousel du Musée du Louvre. Meet in front of the Louvre Pyramid 75001 PARIS
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
The Voucher is valid only for the date it is booked. Multi day ticket can be consumed on consecutiive days.

Hop on Hop off Buses run daily from 09:30 to 17:00 ( 18:30 from late March to early November) and every 10 minutes.
Please note that the time slot selected at the time of making the booking is the tour start time of Louvre Museum. Please arrive the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start time.
