Route 2 (Green) Stops:
Neptuno, Cibeles, Colón, Museo Ciencias Naturales, Santiago Bernabéu, Nuevos Ministerios, Museo Sorolla, Serrano, Puerta de Alcalá, Canalejas.
 
Route 3 (Orange) Stops:

Walking Tour of Madrid
Enjoy a 2‑hour guided walking tour through the historic centre. More details are available on board. The tour departs daily at 10:45 from central Madrid and operates on a tips‑based system at the customer’s discretion

You can present confirmed booking voucher on (Smartphone/ Printed) to bus staff on board.
You can board the bus from any stop.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your Madrid City Tour ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Mobile App: Download "City Tour Worldwide" official app and you will have Madrid in the palm of your hand.
The ticket is valid for both routes for 24 hours or 48 hours after redemption, any day of the week.
Important Note: To enjoy the benefits of Walking Tour and a Free Drink, you must present and redeem your Madrid City Tour ticket at each participating venue, following the specific conditions indicated.

The Walking tour conducts everyday at 10:45am from Plaza Mayor with “Tour and Friends”

Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
The guided walking tour of Madrid is offered in either English or Spanish. You can check information or reserve your spot using the QR codes available onboard the bus.
Please note that the itinerary may be altered due to events or celebrations in the city (cultural events, sports events, official acts, or construction works)
Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.

Time: Every day at 10:45 AM.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
  • This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
