It is MANDATORY to collect the tickets at Julia Travel office in Madrid, please refer to your documentation for detailed information.

If the customers goes directly to Bernabeu without first picking up the tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour.

Staff may request official age verification (e.g., ID, passport) for children. If not provided, the difference to the adult rate may be charged.

The tour includes walking long distances, it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.

Visitors are kindly requested to respect the instructions of the Security Staff.

Please note that the Turf has been removed from the Pitch.

Convenient stops will be made to rest and take pictures at Plaza Mayor, Debod’s Temple and Las Ventas Bullring, if the weather permits and always accompanied by the guide.

According to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events RM reserves the right to change the schedule, routes or close part of the museum tour.

Guests are advised to keep their Ticket until the end of their visit, as the staff may request it at the exit for capacity control purposes.

Please note that the tour offers access to the Benches and Dressing Rooms, and the chance to take a photo with the Champions League Trophy and a photomontage with players (optional purchase for a unique souvenir).

Please note that from 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed on the day before a match.
