Start the Monaco sightseeing from the first stop, i.e., Monte Carlo. An important thing to note here for the visitors coming by cruise is they can start the trip from the cruise terminal itself or take the Bateau bus across the Monaco harbor to start from Monate Carlo. Monte Carlo is a highland looking straight towards the Mediterranean. Stuck between the Alps and gothic French villages, Monte Carlo is a stunner. Departure Point: Stop 1, Bateau Bus, North quay of the Port Hercule, Opposite the large yachts. However, you can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Mobile and printed vouchers are both accepted.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Tickets are valid for the date which you booked.
Train Station: On leaving the railway station the nearest stop is Stop No. 6, Grimaldi-SNCFS, Place Sainte Devote.

Voucher Type: Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted for this tour.
Onboard Wi-Fi: No
Wheelchair Access: Yes
Pets: Small dogs that can be held on your lap are accepted.
Smoking: Not allowed on board
Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
Infant upto 3yrs can travel free. No need to book the ticket for infant.
Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.

Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.

Information for Ship Cruise Passengers:

If you arrive to Monaco by cruise, you can start the tour at the cruise terminal. The bus stop at the cruise ship terminal is located at the foot of the ramparts and departs every 15 minutes.
Depending on the time of arrival of your boat, we are present from 09.00 and we offer you a transit every 15 minutes up to 18.30.
From the cruise terminal, you have choice to take the Solar Electric Bateau Bus across the Monaco Harbour and join the usual Hop-on, Hop-off tour at stop 1 in Monte Carto. These buses departs every 30 minutes during the day time.
