You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

This is not a Hop on Hop off bus tour, the bus will complete full loop without stopping.

Customers must print or take a screenshot of the booking confirmation email and show it to the staff on any of the Hop on Hop Off double decker Buses.
Children must be accompanied by atleast 1 adult.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or on the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancelations due to any unforeseen circumstances .

Please be aware that some city center roads will be closed due to the holidays. This could result in adjustments to the routes and delays in the speed and duration of travel. In order to minimize any disruptions to your tour experience, the crew will make every effort to identify other routes. Audio guides might not, however, be completely updated to take these modifications into account. Thankyou for your understanding.

Evening Tours & Booking Confirmation: Buses may arrive back at pick-up locations later than expected because of the slower traffic and the higher passenger volume during the evening hours (from 5 PM to 10 PM) on holidays. Customers who make reservations online are politely advised to arrive at least 20- minutes before their specified departure time. Please be aware that real departure timings may differ owing to high traffic.

When making a reservation, we also ask that clients include an active email address, Vietnamese phone number, or WhatsApp number so that the tour staff can get in touch with you promptly.
