You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Mobile and Printed vouchers are both accepted.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexi Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Special Note: Bus service suspended for 1 hour over lunch, stopping at Albrook Mall and Isla Flamenco. The bus has also had to change its route in the middle of the tour due to various closures.

Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!No refund will be offered for any changes or  cancelations due to any unforeseen circumstances.
 
Operational Updates:
Monday - Thursday: First departure at 9:30am and last departure at 3:45pm. The tour will finish at approximately 6:15pm due to rush hour traffic.
The tour will operate with 2 buses instead of 3, where the frequency will be 75 minutes from one bus to another. 
Last departure of the second bus at 3:45pm will not pass through Stop 3 Mi Pueblito as they close at 4pm. 
Friday - Sunday: The tour will operate with 3 buses and with the normal timetable of 9am - 3:45pm. 
 
Information for Cruise Passengers:
Guests are reminded to check with the Cruise Ship which location they will be docking in to in Panama.
Guests whom are arriving into Flamenco will be able to locate the City Sightseeing buses outside of the gate of Fort Amador which is an approx. five minute walk from the ship.
Guests whom are arriving into Colon will need to make their own way into Panama. The distance is approx. an hour and a half by road. We would advise guests to check with their cruise line about transportation available into the city.
