Redemption Info

You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at PARISCITYVISION Agency, 3 place des Pyramides 75001 PARIS.  In exchange you will receive the Museum Pass, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour. 
After exchanging your voucher for a pass, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/pass, company is not liable for any refund.
The Pass will be valid for the consecutive 2 days from the date of first use.

Some museums require the purchase of a children's entrance on site.
Please note: For the Louvre Museum, the Orangerie Museum and the Sainte-Chapelle, you must reserve a ticket before your visit, even with a Museum Pass. To do so, you can reserve a time slot free of charge on the online sales sites of the museums concerned.
The days of use for the Pass are consecutive and are based on calendar days. If you choose the 2-day pass and start your visit on August 25 at 3pm, the pass will be valid until August 27 at 3pm.
The Paris Museum Pass will now allow 1 unique admission to each site, regardless of the duration of the pass.
Public museum entrance is free for all children under 18 years old, and for EU citizens under 26 years old. The Museum pass is therefore not needed but museums will still request a ticket with a time slot booked for entrance.

The Paris Museum Pass includes entrance tickets in about 50 monuments and museums, among the followings :
