You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: If you cannot use the ticket on the day, then just keep the voucher and use it on a different day, no need to rebook. Your ticket is valid for 6 months after purchase.

Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.

The Bell Tower:

Bell Ringing is on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 1pm.

PLEASE NOTE: The ANZAC Bell tour is available once a day at 11.30am (This tour does not run on Sundays). Bus and Bell Tower customers can upgrade their ticket and pay the difference once they get to the Tower if they wish to go on the 11.30am ANZAC Bell tour.
