You can board the bus at any stop and the voucher will be activated by our street sellers.

You will receive your Golden Pass voucher with your HOP ON HOP OFF ticket at Mirabellplatz 2.

Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: The voucher is valid 1 year from the date of issue. The HOP ON HOP OFF ticket is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from its first validation.

Animal Policy: Animals are not allowed on the HOP ON HOP OFF buses. Dogs with a muzzle and leash can be carried for a surcharge of € 5,00 in combination with a 24 or 48 hour ticket. Exceptions are guide dogs. We ask for your understanding that for safety reasons only one dog per bus is allowed.

All holders of a valid HOP ON HOP OFF Salzburg ticket can use public transportation in Salzburg free of charge (lines 1-28 (zone S) and line 151). To reach the Designer Outlet Salzburg from the city center, customers can use bus lines 2 or 10.
