Redemption Info

You can hop-on the trolley from any stop.
Where there is no ticket booth then you can redeem your voucher with bus staff.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Tickets are valid until end of business day on date of use.

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information: Mobile or Paper vouchers both are accepted!
Hand-Baggage allowed, no big size bag or suitcases are allowed.
Only service animals are allowed.
Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket. Infants must sit on laps.
Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
*Free parking is available for our ticket holders. Space is limited.
Parking: Free parking is available at Stop A) Old Town State Park and Stop K) Balboa Park.
Booth Location: Stop 1 – Old Town, 4010 Twiggs St., Stop 3 – Embarcadero, 1004 N. Harbor Drive, Stop 4 – Seaport Village, 825 West Harbor Drive, Stop 6 – Gaslamp Quarter, 4th and Island Ave., Stop 9 – Coronado – Orange Ave., 1107 Orange Ave.
