You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: SEA LIFE London County Hall Westminster Bridge Road London SE1 7PB, SE1 7PB, London.

Take the Ticket Holder's Entrance (look out for the picture of the shark) at your booked timeslot and show your smartphone ticket.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

-Train from Waterloo: Exit towards South Bank. SEA LIFE London Aquarium is at County Hall, beside the lastminute.com London Eye. From Charing Cross: Take the exit by platform 1 for Hungerford Bridge, cross the bridge, and follow signs to Jubilee Gardens. Walk along the river past the lastminute.com London Eye; the Aquarium is on your left.

-Nearest tube stations: Westminster and Waterloo. From Westminster, take exit 1 onto Westminster Bridge, then cross it; SEA LIFE London Aquarium is visible. From Waterloo, use exit 6 for the South Bank and head towards the lastminute.com London Eye.

-Common Octopus: Talks at 11:00hrs

-Sharks: Talks at 11:00hrs, 14:30hrs & 16:00hrs. Feeding at 14:30hrs

-Penguins: Talks are held regularly throughout the day

-Rays: Talks at 11:30hrs & 15:30hrs. Feeding at 11:30hrs
