Join us for an immense tour to experience shopping at the Florence central market and cooking courses to experience local food in an authentic way. Visit a historic food market where you will learn how locals choose fresh and seasonal ingredients guided by a professional chef, and you will enjoy a hands-on cooking course at a top-class cooking school. You will prepare a traditional four-course meal. With small group sizes of no more than 15 participants, everyone gets personal attention. Once the cooking is complete, you will sit down to enjoy the dishes you have prepared paired with good Tuscan wine and understand the Tuscan culture flavours.

The experience begins with assistance at the meeting point, followed by a visit to a historic food market where, under the guidance of a multilingual expert chef, you will choose fresh products and seasonal vegetables. This first step introduces you to the essence of everyday Tuscan cuisine, as you learn how ingredients are selected according to the season before being transformed into authentic local dishes. After shopping at the market, you will move to a top-class cookery school to begin your hands-on cooking lesson. With one professional chef for every 15 participants, we ensure hands-on learning and attention to detail. You will learn to cook a typical Tuscan meal, preparing a complete four-course menu that includes a starter, first course, second course, and dessert. Recipes are provided so you can recreate the dishes later.
