Ski Dubai's Snow Classic Ticket offers a full day of unlimited fun in its Snow Park, where you can explore the Snow Cavern and enjoy thrilling activities like tobogganing, the giant ball, bobsleigh, tube run, and bumper cars. You will also experience the excitement of a one-time ride on the Chairlift, giving you breathtaking views of the snow-covered wonderland, and a one-time ride on the Mountain Thriller for an extra adrenaline rush.

Ski Dubai's Snow Plus ticket offers a full day of non-stop winter excitement with unlimited access to the Snow Park, where you can enjoy activities like the Snow Cavern, tobogganing, the giant ball, bobsleigh, tube run, and bumper cars. With unlimited rides on the Chairlift and the thrilling Mountain Thriller, the fun never stops. You can also choose between spending 2 hours on the slope (for intermediate-level skiers and snowboarders) or taking two adrenaline-pumping rides on the Snow Bullet zipline.

You can redeem your mobile /printed voucher at the ticket counter of Ski Dubai, The Mall of Emirates.
Approach the ticketing counter and present your ticket to get an entry wrist band as per the option booked. Once you are ready to enter the venue, scan the wristband at turnstiles.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Ticket/ Voucher is valid to the travel date you choose.

Voucher Information: Mobile or Paper Vouchers, both are accepted.
NOTE: Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
Skiers/ Snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope.

For Snow premium, the operations of Ski Dubai will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date. Please make sure to mention your contact details correctly at the time of making the booking.
The guest needs to carry our confirmation mail at the venue for Snow Premium. If you do not receive the same, please check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
