You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Guests must be 1.05 metres and above in height to experience the ride.

Mandatory Bag Checks will be conducting the bag checks upon entry.

The Ride is not suitable for any guest with medical conditions, fear of heights, limited mobility, etc.

Items which are not permitted on the ride are: Hats, Bags, Umbrellas, Glass items, Outside eatables, etc.

Due to safety reasons and compliance with regulations, guests may be turned away from the ride if they are unable to secure the seatbelts.

You must share the age and weight of the child after making the booking with the local tour operator. Seats are subject to availability, timeslot reservation is required. Contact details will be provided in the booking voucher.
