Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 14days before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 14days before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 14days before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Voucher must be redeemed with Skyline Sightseeing no later than 72 hours prior to departure by checking in online via: www.sightseeingworld.com/en/checkin. Should you experience any issues with the online check-in, please email info@sightseeingworld.com stating the subject: “RECONFIRMING ALCATRAZ”. You will then receive all necessary information and further instructions accordingly.
IMPORTANT: This voucher will NOT be accepted by Alcatraz Cruises at Pier 33.
PLEASE NOTE: Alcatraz Tour departure times are automatically allocated and cannot be changed. We suggest to keep your day flexible until you receive your confirmed departure time after checking in online. No refunds will be given for no-shows or missed ferry departures.
If there are any issues with online check-in, please email info@sightseeingworld.com, or take your voucher to the office at 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Mason St.) to start your tour.

In "normal times" San Francisco is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!
Informaiton: Depending on the time of the year, it may not be dark on this tour. The tour is a first- come first-serve tour. We advise to line up at least 15-30 minutes prior to departure, especially during summer months (May – September).
