You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: The London Dungeon Westminster Bridge Rd, Lambeth, SE1 7PB, London.

Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue. The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff. Admission is only possible on the booked date and timeslot. Make sure to be on time!

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

Train: From Waterloo station, take the South Bank exit. The London Dungeon is at County Hall near the lastminute.com London Eye.

Nearest tube stations: Westminster and Waterloo. From Westminster, take Exit 1 to Westminster Bridge and cross it. SEA LIFE London Aquarium is visible. From Waterloo, follow Exit 6 signs for the South Bank, heading towards the lastminute.com London Eye.

On foot: just follow signs for the South Bank; it's right next door to the lastminute.com London Eye and SEA LIFE London Aquarium.
