You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: Aquarium of Genoa Ponte Spinola, 16128, Genoa.
Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue. The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff. Admission is only possible on the booked date and timeslot. Make sure to be on time!
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

The Panera Tasting experience is available from Monday to Saturday at Cremeria Bonafede, located at Via Luccoli 12R, 16123 Genova.
On Sunday, this can be done during Box Cream - located in Via degli Orefici 59R, 16123 Genova.
All travellers are advised to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Please note that pets are not allowed inside.
Please carry your ID/Passport on the day of travel.
Children must be accompanied by an aduly (18+).
The Panera Ice Cream Tasting experience at Cremeria Buonafede is unavailable on the dates 4th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 25th of August, and 1st of September.
You may visit Cremeria on the day preceding or following your booking date instead.

How to get there?

Metro: Any metro to San Giorgio or Darsena.

Bus: 1, 9, 32 or 635 to Caricamento/Acquario.

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's loal start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
