You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: SEA LIFE Grapevine Aquarium Dallas 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine, 76051, Dallas.
Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue. The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff.
Admission is only possible on the booked date and timeslot. Make sure to be on time!
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Wheelchair accesssibility: Yes, wheelchairs can be borrowed at the Grapevine Mills Mall.

SEA LIFE Grapevine is located at Entrance 5 of Grapevine Mills Mall, adjacent to the AMC Movie Theater and across from LEGOLAND Discovery Center Dallas / Ft. Worth.
Large bags or luggage are prohibited, and there are no onsite storage options available.
How to get there?
Parking is free at the Grapevine Mills Mall. It is recommended to park near Entrance 5.
Grapevine Visitors Shuttle from the airport to Grapevine Mills.

Rainforest Talk: 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, and 19:00 at the Rainforest Adventure

Seahorse Talk & Feed: 14:30 at the Seahorse Temple

Stingray Talk: 16:30 and 18:30 at the Stingray Bay

Coral & Jellyfish Talk: 18:00 at the Dinosaur Dive

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's loal start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
