All the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
Pier ticket offices opening hours: 10am - 6pm, but Uber Boats by Thames Clippers are running until 9-10 pm. Please refer the time table.
Please have your e-ticket ready at the pier when boarding.
Tickets are valid until the last boat in either directions.
Guests have the option to choose from over 20 piers and travel between the same zones on the selected date.
The ticket is valid for any sailing on that day, offering the perfect way to enjoy London's stunning views from the water.
The tour does not operates on 25th & 26th December.
Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Disclaimer: Tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to events being celebrated in the city or force majeure reasons. In the high season, specially on weekends, if boats are full then traveller must wait for the next boat. No Refund possible in such conditions. We recommend our all passengers please try to board the boat at first stop if possible.
