Ticket/ Voucher is valid to the travel date you choose.
Ticket Validity: Hop-On Hop-Off 1 Day Boat Ticket is valid for unlimited travel from/to any pier within all zones (between Putney and Barking Riverside) for 1 calendar day respectively. Bus Ticket is valid for one full ride only which lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.

Most Buses are wheelchair accessible (Lower deck only).

The nearest wheelchair-accessible piers are: Battersea Power Station Pier (across the river from Cadogan), Bankside Pier (for London Bridge City), and Putney or Plantation Wharf Piers (for Wandsworth Riverside Quarter).

Boarding is on first come, first-served basis for the Boat.

Boarding the Bus is at the selected time slot.

Guests are advised to dress warmly, as the open-top deck may be chilly.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Prohibited items include hazardous materials, inflammable substances, and items over 2 meters in length.

Please have your e-ticket ready at the pier when boarding.

Please arrive with plenty of time for your desired departure time.

Bus tour only operates in the evening, usually lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes.

Tickets are valid until the last boat in either directions.

The tour does not operate on 25th & 26th December.

Customer Service Assistants are available to assist all passengers at London Eye, Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers from 10:00 to 18:00.

Please note that the London Christmas Bus Tour is not a Hop-On, Hop-Off tour.

In the high season, especially on weekends, if boats are full then traveler must wait for the next boat. No Refund possible in such conditions.
