In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Ticket/ Voucher is valid to the travel date you choose.
Ticket Validity: Hop-On Hop-Off 1 & 2 days is valid for unlimited travel from/to any pier within all zones (between Putney and Barking Riverside) for 1 & 2 calendar days respectively.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
