Bus Ticket Redemption: Please present your booking voucher at the meeting location to the bus staff or the bus driver directly: Green Park Station (near Ritz Hotel), Piccadilly, London, W1J 9BR
Uber Boat by Thames Clippers customers can board at the bus stop opposite Westminster Pier (street level) 15 min before planned departure from Green Park and can move seats when other passengers depart at Green Park, or go directly to Green Park Bus Stop for selected departure time (bus stop outside Green Park Station, next to Ritz Hotel, London W1J 9BR)

Ticket Validity:
1. Hop-On Hop-Off 1 day is valid for unlimited travel from/to any pier within all zones (between Putney and Barking Riverside) for 1 & 2 calendar days respectively.
2. Bus Ticket is single use, valid only on the date and time booked.

Wheelchair accesssible: Yes, all piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.

Boat Tickets are valid until the last boat in either directions.

This tour will have a maximum of 60 travelers.

Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, we highly recommend customers to report to the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure.
