Overview:
Delve into the history of the world’s oldest castle that is a busy venue for state and royal events. William, the Conqueror, built the castle more than 900 years ago. William chose the site and started its construction, which took 16 years to complete.

The ticket permits to enter the castle, and you can observe the magnificent St. George Chapel along with the splendid state apartments. Windsor town is occupied with historic pubs and traditional shops. Shakespeare had also mentioned Windsor in his plays.

Itinerary:
Start your morning with a historical monument that is still the favorite residence of the Queen. Windsor castle straddles high above the River Thames and situated just outside of London. From William, the conqueror to the existing Queen, many monarchs had lived in this castle. These monarchs have made repairs and rebuilt some of its part remarking it into the huge palace we see today.

The beautiful State Apartments show the changing tastes of 39 monarchs who lived here. The dazzling palace with painted ceilings and cravings showcase the royalty. Today these opulent rooms are used by the royal family to organize events.

Take a look at a fine example of Gothic architecture at St. George’s Chapel. This was the venue for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding ceremony. The chapel is a spiritual home for the royal family and also a church serving the locals.

Marvel at the dollhouse built for Queen Mary. The magical house is filled with striking treasures, created by world-class artists and craftsmen. It is a replica of royal home with all the features such as electricity, running cold and hot water, working lifts, etc.  The semi-state rooms are lavish rooms for official entertainment. Also, observe the incredible artworks that line the walls.

The tour also includes a ride to the Coca-Cola London Eye that is located in the center of the city. This 135-meter ride is a symbol of modern engineering. This observation wheel is a pride of London and a global icon. The hilarious experience showcases a 360-degree view of London and the city’s famous landmarks. The gradual rotation takes half an hour to give you an overall view of London city. Each glass capsule features Samsung Galaxy Tab that helps to explore iconic landmarks in different languages. Unfold the spectacular details of the city by riding the London Eye through which you can see 40 kilometers on a clear day.
