You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: WonderWorks Panama City Beach 9910 Front Beach Rd, FL, 32407, Panama City Beach.
Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue.
The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff. Admission is only possible on the booked date and timeslot. Make sure to be on time!
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Children must be accompanied by an aduly (18+).
Present your smartphone voucher to the front desk and pick up a paper ticket.
No outside food and drinks permitted.
Re-entry on the same day permitted.
It is advised to allocate 3-4 hours for your visit.

Requirements:

Ropes Course: Min height 1.07m (3’6″) when with an adult, or 1.20m (48″) to participate alone. Max height 2.03m (6’8″). Max weight 136kg (300lbs). Closed-toe shoes required, no skirts or dresses allowed.
Wonder Coasters: Min height 1.07m (3’6″). Ride holds 2 people, max total weight 249kg (550lbs).
360 Bikes: Min height 1.32m (4’4″). Ride holds 2 people, max total weight 299kg (660lbs). Closed-toe shoes required, no skirts or dresses allowed.
XD Theatre: Min height 1.02m (3’4″).
Astronaut Training Gyro: Min height 1,40m (4’6″), max weight 102 kg (225lbs). Not advisable in case of pre-existing medical conditions.
Visitors with pre-existing injuries not permitted on Ropes Course, Wonder Coasters, 360 Bikes or XD Theatre.

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's loal start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
