You must redeem your mobile or paper voucher at the fist stops from Mon- 07:00pm on Fri at Hoan Kiem Lake No 7 Dinh Tien Hoang Street and from 7.30pm Fri- Sun at the Hanoi Opera House
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour. 
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid. 
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
The ticket is valid only for one-time-use.
This is a non-stop bus tour, not for hop-on hop-off. You have access 1 time during the pass capacity. If you get off the bus, you are unable to get on again.

This tour is not a Hop on Hop off bus tour. Hence there will be only one pick up location and end location . 
The running time of bus is from 8.30am to 9.30pm (till 8pm on Fri, Sat, Sun). If the upcoming bus is full or you miss the bus, then please do not worry. You may board the next bus in 30 minutes .
The Day tour is from 08:30 am to 4:30 pm . The Night tour timings are from 5:00pm to 9:30pm (from Fri-Sun till 8:30pm)
In an effort to minimize plastic waste, contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience, the operator will supply a pour 20-liter water container. Kindly bring your own reusable bottle to refill. We also provide paper cups for your use.
