Start Point: You may Hop on to any of the stops, however the first stop is the Canada Place ( reach 15 min prior to the start time )

Redemption Info

You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at any of the stops, however, the first stop is the Canada Place - Downtown Vancouver, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C6, Canada
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Frequency of buses differes according to the season . In summers the frequency is 15-20 minutes, however in winters it is 60 minutes
From May to September, the first bus departs at 8:45 am and the last bus is at 5:00pm 
One can use 48 hrs pass in two consecutive days
