Voucher: Mobile and paper vouchers are both accepted. (We recommend to bring a printed copy)
Wheelchair accessibility: Buses are equipped to accomadate 1 passenger on a wheelchair.

Pet Friendly: Small pets (dogs, cats) are allowed on board free of charge, while medium-large size ones must pay the reduced fee (3,00 €).
Service available also in case of a rainy day, thanks to the transparent roof  and heated seats.
Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, there might be sudden changes in the route or on the schedule. In "normal times" Bologna is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures -may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!
