Operational Details:
02nd May - 30th June 2024: Daily departures from Stop 1 between 10am and 4pm, every 30 - 40 minutes
01st July - 31st August 2024: Daily departures from Stop 1 between 10am and 4pm, every 30 minutes
01st September - 30th September 2024: Daily departures from Stop 1 between 10am and 4pm, every 30 - 40 minutes
Information for Cruise Passengers:
If you are arriving into Katajanokka, you will need to make your own way to stop 1, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise port. If you are arriving into Hernesaari, you will be able to access stops 6 and 7. There are 3 terminals at this dock (LHB, LHC & LHD). In some cases, we are allowed to pick up from inside the gates, but if not, simply pass through the security gate and look for the red City Sightseeing buses with the red and yellow City Sightseeing logo.

- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
