Zeer onvriendelijke chauffeurs. Reden hard langs de route en waren onbeschoft.

This is no reflection on the service at all but the road surfaces in Lisbon are VERY uneven. 90 minutes of being bounced and jolted on the top deck of a bus became very unpleasant. By all means do the tour but hopefully off after about 30 minutes. For anybody with a spinal or neck weakness or injury I would not do this tour at all.

The sight seeing was great, but there needs to be a bit more explanation about the places of interest.

We enjoyed the trip. Some things for improvement are:
The seats are not comfortable, hard en small.
You promise that there would be a bus every thirty minutes but this was not the case.
We liked that the information also was in Dutch.

Bus tour gave a good explanation of Lisbon. Boat tour views were great but logistics left a bit to be desired. We waited in a queue to get on the boat for a good 15 minutes even though the boat there. With about 3 minutes to departure time someone came to check our tickets and we got on the boat … which then sat there and left 10 minutes late.

Timings at the bus stops were spot on! Drivers were helpful when having issues with our tickets.

Arianna was a fantastic tour guide! She taught us so much about the history of the area and the sites. I would highly recommend this tour.

it was ok

They have many routes, which is great! But they don't run very long and some of them don't come very often. Also the audio doesn't work for a lot of them. But otherwise it was great :)
