Bus were fine but no guide showed for the 2h walking tour.

I really enjoy every aspect of it but the airconditioner on route 2 wasn't working properly.

Stops are not well marked. It is hard to find the stops. The routes and thebinfornation shared is good. Staff on the buses seems to be very stressed. They shout and scream at people. Also the timetables are not visible and one can not know when the next tour starts. It would be easy to implemented GOS tracking, so people could see online when the next bus arrives

This was my first tour of this kind and I loved it. The narration was very interesting and friendly, as if I was with the guide in person, and the directions very clear. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be doing further ones in the future

Narrative was clear and interestingly informative. Felt like a personal tour.

Synchronicity between what we see and audio guide

Generally the bus tour was very good with informative commentary. Only downside was when we decided to get off at one stop on route 3 (which is meant to run every 25 minutes) we ended up waiting 50 minutes in 31 degrees with no bus arriving. Gave up in the end. I know traffic is bad in Madrid but this shouldn’t happen.

We found it difficult to find the bus stops!

I would have liked more information, there wasn’t enough. And there was many times the commentary was interrupted by the driver announcing the stop. However, it was good value for money with the 3 different routes.
