Quite helpful guides onboard the bus. The challenge was finding the right bus stops as it was not clearly marked on the route map (too coarse).

The pickup area’s are not staffed or signposted along the route. The entrance to attractions was difficult to identify at some of the drop offs. The Ho Chi Minh red bus experience was better organised

The commentary didn’t match the location at any point

Best way to explore Hanoi in 24 hours.

So happy we chose this bus tour of beautiful Hanoi the guides were friendly & knowledgeable.
We did want to get off at a stop that was during closing hours and were requested not to exit the bus.
Upon hindsight I would have said to the guide we specifically wanted to exit rather than waiting for the next stop.
For future traveller's if you want to exit regardless of the guides advice follow your own wishes because in our experience it might be due to communication.¹

Really good. If you don't know your way around. Find this bus and it will take you to all the top locations until you get your bearings. Really good.
