The Hop-on Hop-off tour was excellent! The buses were clean and comfortable, and the audio guide/translation on the bus was outstanding and very informative. The boarding points were also very convenient and easy to find, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour!

This was the ideal way to see Barcelona and hear about its history. We had a little trouble finding the specific bus stops and my sister felt that the commentary could be louder, but these were minor issues. The tour operators were friendly and helpful. The catamaran trip was relaxing and it was nice to be able to see a different view of Barcelona. Very enjoyable and good value for money 🌟

Great experience

As much as I enjoyed the bus rides, I'm sorry to say there is definitely room for improvement:
1. Catamaran schedule: Hours of operation are too hard to find (eg not available on the map) and there should be morning tours. The schedule should at least be displayed on the ticket box in the harbour! My experience was as follows: When I got off the orange line on Stop 1 yesterday morning around 10:30h, I asked a lady from your staff for directions to the Catamaran - which she kindly told me. What she did not mention was that the the first boat will not be before 13:15h! Also, the Catamaran itinerary should be availabe in the app.
2. Bus itineraries: to know the (approximate) time it takes from stop to stop would be very helpful for planning the day. This info should be available on the map and in the app. For example: (Stop 1) - 5' - (Stop 2) - 6' - (Stop 3) - 4' -(Stop 4) - so we know it will take around 15 min to get from Stop 1 to Stop 4.

Be good if the app had live tracking of bus or individual location like other countries hop on hop off buses have

This is an excellent way to explore Barcelona. Two hints - take note of the departure times of the catamaran because it is not frequent at all, and don't forget to explore Park Guell - from the bus you don't see much, so get out and explore!

We purchased the two day ticket with catamaran ride during our short stay in Barcelona. One day, we rode the orange bus (west); one day we road the green bus (east). The buses arrived in less time than we thought, they were always clean and we saw all the highlights from the top of the bus. The only downside to the bus ride was that many of the audio plugs did not work so we had to keep changing seats to find one that did. The catamaran ride was the best thing ever! Sailing out of the harbor, we were accompanied by many other boats and sailboats--like our own flotilla! Because it was shoulder season, we practically had the whole catamaran to ourselves.

Not much to see

The bus part of the tour was fine. We rode all of the green route and much of the orange, seeing several sights. The catamaran part was poor. Just a ride out of the harbor and then back to the dock, no narration and not much to see other than the line of cruise ships and the industrial docks.

Really enjoyed the bus with all the llandmark stops, it's a great way to see where you would like to see. We also enjoyed the catamaran. It would have been even better on a nice sunny day as it was damp and cold while on the bus.
